Health & Wellbeing

Designed to provide programs to assist women's health and wellbeing

Health & Wellbeing

This programme is designed to address various forms of abuse that women may face, including emotional and psychological abuse, physical abuse, and coercive control. Women experiencing these abuses often suffer from significant mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, and trauma. By providing targeted mental health education, coping strategies, and support in recognising and responding to abusive behaviours, the programme aims to empower women to regain control over their lives. The beneficiaries of this programme are women who are currently in abusive relationships or have experienced abuse in the past. Through mental health awareness sessions, resilience-building activities, and safe, female-only spaces for therapeutic support, the programme helps reduce isolation, promotes emotional healing, and enhances women's ability to recognise signs of abuse, protect themselves and their families, and navigate challenging situations. Ultimately, it fosters a sense of community, confidence, and empowerment, supporting women to improve their mental health and wellbeing while reclaiming their safety and independence.

Azeemah

Securing funding is essential to provide vital support for women facing domestic abuse. These funds will help us create a safe environment for women, and provide support in finding them shelter, food and further educate them with the essentials they need to get back on their feet.  By investing in our initiative, you empower these women, equipping them with the skills and education necessary to build a brighter future. Together, we can make a significant impact and help them break free from their circumstances.
