Stall Holder Application

1. Payment Requirements Pay a 50% deposit before by 31st may 2025 to confrm my booking. The remaining balance must be paid in full prior to the event by 11th June 2025

2. Products for Sale I understand that I am only permitted to sell the items listed and approved in my application. This is to ensure a fair and balanced market experience for all vendors and to avoid excessive duplication of similar products. Any changes or additions must be approved by the organisers in advance.

3. Bump-In/Bump-Out Set up my stall no later than 30 minutes before the event starts and pack down within 45 minutes of the event fnishing.

4. Safe Space Policy Respect that this is a safe and inclusive environment for women and children. Any behaviour deemed aggressive, inappropriate, or disrespectful may result in removal from the event without refund.

5. Equipment Responsibility Supply all my own equipment including tables, chairs, display materials, and power cords (if applicable), unless otherwise arranged.

6. Stall Allocation Stall locations will be assigned by organisers and cannot be changed without prior approval.

7. Cancellations

• Cancellations made more than 7 days before the event are eligible for a refund minus a $20 admin fee.

• No refunds will be issued for cancellations made after the 7th June 2025

8. Weather Policy No refunds will be issued due to bad weather unless the event is cancelled by the organisers.

9. Insurance I understand that I am responsible for holding my own public liability insurance to cover any potential risks, damages, or accidents that may occur at my stall. I have attached a copy of my valid insurance certifcate and, if applicable, food handling certifcate, requested by the organisers. I acknowledge that Azeemah and its organisers are not liable for any injury, loss, theft, or damage to any person, product, or equipment during the event. 10.Waste and Clean-Up Keep my stall area clean and dispose of all rubbish before leaving. Additional cleaning fees may apply for stalls left in poor condition. By signing/submitting this form, I confirm that I have read, understood, and agree to abide by all the terms and conditions outlined above.
